Overview

This is a five-storey structure with a basement level located in Larisa, Greece. This structure was developed in collaboration with the architect.
The structural bearing loading system consisted of reinforced concrete and the foundation system consists of a raft slab combined with strap beams, ensuring the safe transfer of permanent and imposed loads to the ground while minimizing differential settlements.
The structural analysis was carried out in full compliance with Eurocodes 1, 2, and 8, incorporating all relevant provisions of the Greek National Annex. The foundation was analyzed using the finite element method for accurate stress distribution assessment.
The structural analysis was performed using FESPA software.
